Now I'm making BridalLive available to other bridal shops because there is a problem with the bridal industry that needs to be fixed.
Being an independent bridal shop owner, I feel that the best place for a bride to buy her wedding attire is at a Full Service Bridal Shop. Only at FSBSs can she can receive the attention and pampering every bride deserves. However, as we all know, many FSBSs are losing ground rapidly to the "Big Box" retailers and internet discounters who compete on price while sacrificing service.
Because of this, I am releasing BridalLive. I know first hand how to use today’s technology to help independent retailers successfully compete against "Big Box" bridal chains and internet discounters. BridalLive is easy to use and it's packed with features that help you convert website visitors into prospects and then track them through the entire sales cycle.
Already, many retailers have downloaded BridalLive and sent feedback on features they'd like to see. Going forward, I'll continue to enhance BridalLive using this feedback. After all, things will continue to change and we'll need BridalLive to change along with it.
