Why should I go with the Pro Plan? The Pro Plan is packed with value and is the smartest way to take advantage of all that BridalLive has to offer. You get the entire shop management system as well as the Internet Marketing Tools and online backup. On top of that, you’ll get a Free Marketing Makeover. This service will provide you with 12 professionally designed email templates and an automatic email follow up system.

How is your customer service? All support requests are answered by me, Tom Esposito, the founder of BridalLive. This means you’ll get high-quality product support and not someone who just tells you to re-boot your computer.

Your prices seem low They are. We’ve already completed the difficult and expensive work developing the application and setting up an efficient infrastructure. We don’t need to spend a lot of time setting up each new customer, all the features are pre-integrated and we don’t need to purchase software from third parties. Being efficient means we can afford to focus on important things like providing an awesome post-purchase experience for all our new customers.

Will I have to pay for upgrades? No. I want all my clients running the latest and greatest version of BridalLive. Plus, it’s easier for me to give everyone free upgrades than to support multiple versions. This is another way I keep the costs low. A true win-win.

What do I need to run BridalLive? Any computer less than 5 years old will work great. Besides a standard printer (8.5X11), you’ll need a credit card swipe if you pick up a merchant account. I give these away for free if you sign up for a merchant account through BridalLive. So if you already have a printer, there is no additional investment needed.

What happens after the 45-day free trial? Four days before the end of the trial you will be reminded to enter your credit card information. At the end of the 45 day free trial, access to BridalLive will be restricted until you’ve provided your payment details. Upon receiving payment, the trial will be “Unlocked” and you will have unrestricted access to the program and features. All data entered during your trial will be retained after the purchase.

Will you import my data? Yes. This service is included for all Pro Plan customers. We will work together to export the data out of your old system and into BridalLive.

Is my data safe? BridalLive stores your company’s private information on your computer and not online. After all, it’s your data.
