BridalLive will continue to do what is needed to help everyone come out of this pandemic on the other side. As a fellow small business, we are in this together!

Amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19, BridalLive is closely monitoring updates and making proactive efforts to keep our team safe and our customers supported during these uncertain times.

Will BridalLive be available for support?

The BridalLive Team is currently working our normal business hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday and monitoring for emergency support outside of normal business hours. If you are a current BridalLive customer, your Account Manager will still be available at help@bridallive.com or on their direct line. If you are a prospective customer, the Sales Team can be reached at sales@bridallive.com. Please email to set up a time to demo the software!

What is BridalLive doing to help stores that have to close their doors?

Good news: when you use BridalLive, your store is never "closed!" BridalLive gives you the ability to run your business from anywhere. Moreover, we are happy to announce that we are offering free online payment processing during the COVID-19 crisis. With this feature, you will be able to send customers requests for payment on their outstanding balances using our secure processing link. Credit card processing fees will still apply. What if I use a payment processor that does not connect with BridalLive?

If you would like to accept online payments with BridalLive but do not currently have a credit card processor that will integrate, our Sales team is happy to get you started with our low rate online processing options on BridalLive Pay. Getting started is quick and easy, please contact our sales team for more information.

Do you have any tips for stores while we are unable to see customers?

Since BridalLive is a cloud based application, you are able to access your account from any device with internet connection. During this time, we have put together a list of tips to help you reorganize, regroup, and do what is best for you and your Brides. You can view this information here.

I will be applying for the CARES ACT loan soon, can your team help me with this?

BridalLive is proud to partner with industry leaders to help cover what we cannot personally assist with!
