Payment
Due in full after merchant boarded for all terminals ordered.
Shipping + tax
Merchant is responsible for paying shipping and tax on all terminals ordered.
Warranty
1-year warranty from the date of shipment for errors in workmanship or material defects; if found replacement terminal will be sent to the merchant at no additional cost.
After the warranty period, the provider will repair or replace non-functioning hardware and charge the merchant.
Return
Must happen within 45-days of purchase, device never used, and $150 restocking fee paid.

Payment
The monthly fee begins when the device ships.
Warranty
In effect if monthly lease fee is paid and terminal will be replaced or repaired at no charge if hardware becomes inoperable through no fault of the sub-merchant, otherwise the sub-merchant will be charged for repairs or purchase price minus paid lease fees.
Return
Sub-merchant will be charged for the remainder of the lease for returned hardware and a new lease will be required for new hardware ordered. Sub-merchant must also return replaced/returned terminal(s) within fifteen days of receipt of new hardware. If not returned within fifteen days or if the hardware is deemed to be inoperable due to willful acts, then the sub-merchant will be charged for the replacement value of the Hardware.

If sub-merchant terminates their Processing Agreement, then lease will automatically terminate and payment for the remainder of the lease term will be due immediately. Sub-merchant must return the leased hardware within fifteen days of the termination at the merchant’s expense OR merchant will be charge replacement value of terminal(s).
